Purpose of the Programme
This programme has been designed for people who want to make some changes in their lives, but don't know exactly what they want or where to start. If you want to gain clarity over a particular issue, integrate some more 'me' time into your life, rediscover long-lost ambitions or just want to do some 'de-cluttering' and have a fresh new focus then this programme could be a great starting point to gain a new perspective and a sense of fulfilment.
Overview of the Programme
Spring-cleaning is often a long way down the to-do list and yet when we do put time aside to clean out a cupboard, de-clutter the wardrobe or simply sort a pile of paperwork we get a chance to get rid of what we no longer need and create space for the new, as well as a sense of satisfaction and often a new spring in our step!
De-cluttering our minds, dispensing of old habits or beliefs that no longer serve us, tidying up and polishing what we want to keep and bringing in new ideas and perspectives to move us closer to where we want to be is a worthwhile exercise to do from time to time.
This programme provides a framework on which to structure your personal development and is tailored to accommodate your specific requirements. It helps you to 'spring clean' your life by providing you with tools, techniques and support to take enthusiastic action and make positive changes. It acts as a springboard to transform your life and is divided into 3 phases:
- Phase 1: De-Clutter
- Phase 2: Tidy and Polish
- Phase 3: Fresh Start

Phase 1: De-clutter
Out of clutter, find simplicity

In the same way as sorting through a cupboard, in this first stage of the programme, you review what you want to keep, what you no longer need as well as re-discover hidden treasures you had forgotten about!! Using a number of exercises you will get the chance to:
- Take a step back and review what needs your attention
- Decide what you want more of in your life and what you want less of
- Distinguish between what you can and can't change
- De-clutter old thought patterns that no longer serve you
- Rediscover your hidden attributes and talents
Phase 2: Tidy and Polish
The greatest gift you can give yourself is a little bit of your own attention

Once we've de-cluttered and are well into 'spring-clean mode', it's often tempting to want to change everything, which is often not practical or necessary. By taking the time to give an extra polish to an old piece of furniture helps us to see it in a new light and can give it a new lease of life.
The same is true with ourselves - we often place too much emphasis on our so called faults and either ignore our strengths or not make best use of them. This second phase of the programme is therefore concerned with valuing and nurturing yourself. It provides you with a tool kit to:
